Arcserve2000 manager quits

I'm running Arcserve2000 sp4 on a win2ksp2 server and keep the Arcserve Manager open on the desktop. Frequently (a couple of times a week) when I check on it in the morning, or sometimes during the day, the manager application is no longer on the server desktop. There are no events in the event log. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem. The funny thing is, I see the same behavior if I change the screen resolution with arcserve running, the asmanager quits without warning or errors. This has been going on for about a year without a solution.
