ArcServe2000 error

I have encountered this error before when Arcserve decided to add new tape groups every time the server is rebooted. It would then move my tape device to one of the newly created groups. Since my backup job would specify the tape group name it would not find my device there because it had been moved. Tech support does not believe that this could happen. I have figured out that I can submit my backup job using /g=* and it will find the device no matter where it is. Hope this helps!
