Arcserve2000 (cannot create empty document) error

After loading Arcserve2000 I get the following error no matter what I try to do. (cannot create empty document)Any ideas? Thanks

Are you using NT4? Ifso, try Updating to, or re-installing IE 5.x Arcserve 2000 is web enabled, and requires updated files from IE5.x.
