Arcserve with Lotus Notes Agent

Hi, can anyone help....I have to restore a Notes database on to a different server from which it was backed up.
( The notes server backup software was replaced by Backup Exec)
The new server has the same version of Arcserve (11.1) and I've installed Notes Server on to it so that the Notes agent would go in, but when I try to restore, I get E8601 Failed to connect agent. Is there something else I have to do ?

Hi;
As the messege shows that it can't connect to agent it means that you have not installed the arcserve Notes agent..So you have to install Notes agents.......

Strange one....The notes agent is definitely installed... I can configure it..

Never used to be able to restore notes to a different server, don't think that has changed. Check the release notes or the notes agent guide, it always used to be documented in one of those.
