ARCserve v12.5 Warning 3825 1

Hi,
We are using BrightStor ARCserve Backup r11.5 SP4 (Build 4490) on Win2003 server with HP LTO Ultrium-2 tape drive.
The problem appears every Monday when I format the Media with correct Name. When backup job starts Warning 3825 pops out: Unable to find this media or a blank media. (MEDIA=media_name).
Then I just have to delete existent job in Job Queue and make new (exactly the same) job and backup works fine until new Media format.

Any idea what could be causing this problem?
Any solution?

Don't format but erase the tape. This way the job will kick off,

Yes, it works! Erasing the tape is the right solution.
