Does anyone know if there are known issues with Arcserve 2000 and TS 2000? When I create a job in TS it will not run.

Thanks,

BM

I have the same issues with ARCserve via TS - however this also occurs on sp4'd servers and this patch seems to pre-date sp4 - was it not included with sp4?

Yes, that patch was included in SP4. If you are still having problems, please work with tech support to determine if any additional patches may need to be created for your situation.

I had the same problem, however, I've also noticed that jobs created in TS2000 sometimes dont appear in the job queue when I'm actually at the server. I set up a job in TS2000 then go to the server and look at the job queue there are no jobs there. You then assume that you have to reset up the job, only to find that when you log back in through TS2000 and view the job queue, there are now 2 jobs there!!! Trivial but true!!

The job queue refreshes every 10 seconds by default. If you are creating a job for a different server, make sure you have that server as the default server in the Backup Manager window.
