ArcServe r11.5 Open File Agent

I have a Window 2003 x64 machine running ArcServe 11.5 SP4

I also have 3 x Windows 2003(32bit) Servers running the open file agent again SP4

I can see the servers on the 64bit machine via the Console but when I try to connected to them via the manager I always get the message

"Failed to login to the Agent"

If I connected via the Admin$ share it logins in fine, whats wrong? Any Ideas?

Go to server admin and in the admin menu select:
brightstor arcserve backup system account
Make sure that this account and password are set corrct.

Have checked and its set to administrator and I have re entered the password but still the same
