Arcserve.nlm can not load in Novell SP 4

All,
I have upgrade my Novell 5.1 service pack from SP3 to SP4, after that I get error while I start the Arcserve 7 for Netware. " Arcserve.NLM did not load. Please switch to the console screen for more information..." I already download new Arconsole.msg and Arcserve.nlm dated 15 November 2001. but still get the same error.
is anyone can you help me on this..

Did you apply ArcServe patches?

We have had nothing but trouble using ArcServe 7 with Novell 501 SP4. There is a winsock update and a tcpip update that you could try. There is also an NDS 8 update. I don't know if any of those will help you or not but it's worth a try.
