Arcserve License error E12002 <310f>

Hello,

We have been receiving the following error a lot recently:

Arcserve License error E12002 <310f>

It appears that we have run out of licences somewhere, but i am unable to find which program the 310f refers to. Ive looked on the CA website at there program list and can not seem to find 310f there either.

Any ideas what this could be?

Ive seen that this is disabled for some reason.
Will having this enabled slow down the backup ?

Hi ,
May be , because without ofa , when You encountered some open file arcserve try to backup it for 3 time and this can be the reason for slow down the backup .
What is the speed for this backup ??

looks like theyve disabled it because they havent bought the licence for the open file agent component.
