Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the file that contains ARCserve's
Job Activity log, perhaps readable in Write or Notepad or another editor? What I want is print lines selectively, which, to my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong), cannot be done in the Activity log.

assuming a standard install on NT or 2000; look in \program files\computerassociates\arcserve\log

You should also be able to access it by \\servername\arcserve$\log\arcserve.log.

I print lines selectively by simply highlighting the lines I want to print, right click on the highlighted area, and select "print" from the pull-down. (This is using the Job Status section of the ArcServe Manager in Windows 2000).

Hi,
LolaRed is correct but make sure you select "Selection" and not "all" pages in the print dialog box or else you will print the whole log.
