Here is the scenario:
Our Arcserve IT backup is not working for Exchange Brick level backup. I am getting an error message when backup runs that says- 'Not able to connect to the Information Store". The Exchange server itself is showing no issues. The Performance monitor seems to be working fine as well.
I am getting the following error message in the Event Viewer.
"Event ID:270 A permanent Error has occurred with Entity /O=Company Name /OU=CORP /CN=CONFIGURATION.....
.../CN=MICROSOFT PRIVATE.MDB. Entity is a message....
Any suggestions ??
