arcserve backup

Hello,

We use ArcserveIT 6.6, every now and then after our full weekly backup, ( it goes to 7 dlt4000 tapes) it doesn't merge at all. Therefore when we go to the database and view via media list, we cannot see any data / details because it hasn't merged. can anyone help please. We run until novel 411.

Perhaps your ARCserve database is full and
the session records can not be merged on it.

Your must increase the max database size or
schedule a prune job every day.
