Arcserve Backup V9

Hi,
Getting an error 16519, this code is not listed in the error codes. am using arcserve v9 from the arcserve manager on a w2k pc backing up novell netware 5.1 servers. Full backup goes fine, but incrementals wont run keep crashing and giving the above code. have contacted brightstor but got a pointer to a patch, when attempted to install options were greyed out. i uninstalled arcserve from the pc and the server and reinstalled, still getting same error.
also does anyone know what port numbers i need to have open as new routers are being put in place shortly need to know what ports both the agents and the main program need to discover other backup installations.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check for errors at the NetWare side in the agent log.

With a Tl891 the tape libray during inventory remains at "updating". Stopped all engines and reloaded the device, same result.
