arcserve backup 11.5 issue

hey i have this software setup to backup exchange (document & database level) and it also backs up on of our programs database..database is about 4GB...it backs up the exchange parts perfect & profiles perfect but when it reaches our 4GB database seems like it gets about 25%-50% through it errors out and gives me an incomplete function..then i get the error saying "SO & SO DAYS TAPE" can be used at a later date.

what does that mean?

If that does not help enable debug and check the logs.

Other acceptable data values = 2, 3 (higher value generating the most detail in the log)
