Arcserve and Veritas together?

Hey guys, I currently have Veritas backup exec 10d installed but is giving me a lot of grief. Is it possible to install Arcserve at the same time or do I need to remove Veritas first?

You can have both installed at the same time.
Set all services for both programs for a startup type of Manual.
The tape devices have to be enabled for Backup Exec and disabled for ARCserve so the system will always have to be restarted when switching from one to the other.

I am in the middle of an eval of Backup Exec 10d (considering switch from Arcserve), and am able to easily flip between the two programs - stop the services from one program to start the services of the other.
