Hello,

could anyone help with this problem?

E8602 Failed to read from database (DBNAME=PublicFolders\Calidad, EC=SCES0043 Backup Agent Error (83) "Remote pipe open failed: time-out")

E8604 Failed to start backup (DBNAME:\PublicFolder\Bolsa de trabajo, EC=EXCH Exchange Agent (2536) \"Fail to createFolder\".

We have a Exchange 5.5 with SP4, ARCserve v9

thanks Alex78,

i uninstall groupshield viruscan from the server, and this night will repeat the backup.
However, my problem is in public folders, and i don't know if this could be a solution for me. i hope so¡¡¡.

the backup of public folders fail again, and groupshield was desinstalled.
