Arcserve 6.6 errors 1

We are running ArcserveIT version 6.6 (build 795) on
a Windows NT system.

We often get "incomplete" and "errors" messages,
but I have not been able to discover what the "errors"
are from the log files.

In the log file is the message
"1 Directories/Files Skipped."
and
"Number of Errors/Warnings: 0/1"
and
"Start Scan Operation. (QUEUE=1, JOB=2)"
"Checking With CRC Value"

Is there a way to discover what the "error/warning" is?

The warning is for the skipped file/directory.
Try to find out which file/directory is skipped

check the activity log and see is it is there any file it missed up

The information in the posts have been helpful.

I have found daily error indication of various file missing,
for some days.

On some days, the message "1 Directories/Files Skipped."
occurrs on the summary, but I could not find the word
"skipped" in the activity log.
