After creating a job, when that job que is clicked or selected with keyboard A2K just shuts down instantly. I can't delete it in the job que. Does anyone know how to get rid of this ?
Thanks

Stop the services, browse to the arcserve folder, and then either delete the whole 00000001.qsd folder(it will be recreated upon restarting the services but you will need to recreate all jobs including db pruning) or delete the problematic job id file from within the folder. This should resolve your problem.

If my 'hunch' is correct, then me thinks you may have a database agent in the job that always results in the manager GUI shutting down. If this is true, ensure the agent is at the latest patch levels and is at consistent patch levels with your current arcserve server install.
