Arcserve 2000 Tape Engine

This morning i stopped the arcserve tape,job and datebase engine.. When i opened up arcserve which restarted the engines i got the following error when the tape engine was being started..

"tape Alert the following information is for device 4"

Now i have been having these error before but only when running a job... I have tried all new tapes and cleaned the tape heads with a cleaning tape, I have also ran diags on the Tape library but all seems fine..

If anyone could help that would be great. ;O)

What information was found on Device 4?

it just tells me it the tape heads need cleaning..

But i've already done that... ;O)
