Arcserve 2000 on Windows Cluster

How do I remove Arcserve 2000 from a cluster enviroment

i.e. it was installed on a 2 node SQL cluster with the
program files on a shared disk

It's now been uninstalled from node#1 ok
But node#2 still thinks it's installed and the uninstall
won't run as it can't find the files to remove as they have already been deleted by the node#1 uninstall....

Have you thought about cleaning it out as much as possible and re-installing it on the node that is causing the issues? Maybe even performing a repair? If you can get away with that, then the uninstall should work thereafter.

Just a Thought.
