A backup job was hang. There is a error -"E6300 windows nt SCSI port error(ABSL:4020)" Try to stop the job and reboot the server. But i am not able to stop job. Msg:"Failed to stop this job". The SCSI error is gone. But I am not able to use the tape drive to do backup. The hung job still in the job queue. I feel i am stuck!

First, discover the Queue ID of the Job in question from the Job Status screen in Arcserve.
Next, stop all Arcserve Engines.
Then go to the folder 00000001.QSD within the arcserve directory, and delete the file 0000000x.JOB, where "x" is the Queue ID of the job you want to stop.
Restart all Arcserve services and the job will no longer be in the queue, you will need to manually recreate it.

Regards,
Edward
