Arcserve 2000 E8522 Error 1

I am running Arcserve 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server. I am trying to back up 4 Netware servers using the Netware Client Agent. When I initially load the Netware Agent, my backup jobs run fine with no errors. If I do not unload and reload the Netware agent, my jobs fail with a 8522 error, "failed to receive data from the client agent". The problem even occurs if the client agent is loaded for a few hours before the job is scheduled to run. I have tried every proposed solution from Computer Associates but nothing has helped. My Netware servers are version 5.1, SP3. I have applied all service packs to Windows 2000 and Arcserve. Has anyone else had this problem?

yes I do have this problem as well with a customer of mine (who has patched his AS2000 with SP2 and all available patches and has a Novell NetWare 5.1 server with SP3 and also all available patches). However I just tested it in my test environment with AS2000 + SP2 (no other patches) and with our NetWare 5.1 SP3 server (no other patches) only with the NWAGENT from AS2000 CD-ROM (no other patches). This works just fine with repeatedly performed backup jobs (same or new ones). I posted a technical issue with our 2nd level support partners at CA. Let's see what they think.

Have you got the TSA500.NLM (latest version) loaded on the NetWare servers?
 
Yes, I have TSA500 (5.04) loaded as well as TSANDS (85.00). I spoke with CA tech support yesterday, and they suggested I backrev CLIB version 5.90B (which is included with SP3) to 5.90A on my Novell servers. I will post the results.
 
Backreved CLIB and it still does not work. Any other ideas?
