ArcServe 2000 - Changed Domain Psswd now backup doesn't work for all

Has anyone ever changed your domain administrator password and had trouble with ArcServe 2000 not backing everything up?
We changed all passwords in ArcServe to match the new administrator password or so we thought, maybe there is somewhere not obvious to a beginner to change also?

Also, and this may be a seperate thread, but now ArcServe crashes evertime Job Status is clicked, so we can't see exactly what's going on other that looking in the log file.

Hi

What is the exact error message appearing?

If you have inatlled Arcserve using the domain account then you need to go start-->programs-->Arcserve-->Server Admin,from menu go to Admin-->Arcserve Syatem Account and change the password to the new domain password.

hi work with AFITtech we have sp4 installed the release after 6/28/03 and still have that problem.

We really need to know how to get to the job status window i have like seven jobs in there and have the old with the old password trying to backup and it's throwing errors in the log. i need to delete the old jobs that are still in the queue.

i dont see an exact error code and yes we have applied SP4.

i found another way to get to the job status windows but when i run the actual job status program it closes as well.

i found that password change thing while i was poking around for the job status. thanks

??? Anything else we can try?
