Installed about four months ago on nt2000 terminal server. In the last two days it has stopped running scheduled backups. In fact, the app has stopped responding at all. I can start manager, but can't go any further. At that point the only thing I can do is go to Task Manager, which shows arcserve [not responding] and do end task. I suspect that there's a corrupt db involved but can't get far enough into the thing to tell. Since it's running on a production (24x7) server I don't have a lot of room for experimenting. Any ideas? (Mine is to uninstall and reinstall but...)
