arcserve 2000 and exchange 2000

Has anyone been sucessful in backing up exchange 2000 bricks level with a remote windows 2000 server? Details of your procedure would help. CA's webpage and the help files are geared towards the older version of exchange and arcserve. Thanks in advance!

Do you have the Arcserve 2000 agent for Exchange 2000. There is a new release for the exchange 2000 server.

Yes, but I still can't get it to work when trying to setup exchange backup agent authentication for bricks level. Exchange 2000 uses the local system account as the service account and trying to setup the bricks level isn't working. Any other help would be much appreciated.
