Arcserve 2000 Advanced MS Agent for Exchange

I successfully installed the backup agent for exchange. I was even able to do a couple of test backup using the database and brick level function. However now it stop working due to licensing issues. How do I license the agent? I try many different website, but I am not getting a clear picture of what I need to do in order to run the license program (besides buying it of course). Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Javy1,

You have to register with a tool thats called 'RegisterIT'.
Your registraton ID on the CD-Rom sleeve is the item to register.

While you install yur ARCserve product, 'RegisterIT' is installed on your HardDisk to. Got to "Start"->"Programs"->"CA Registration"->"RegisterIT".

This is the program you register your ARCserve with. You can do this online, or for exaple by mail.
