Arcserve 12 + Default Server information

I've installed a trial version of Arcserve 12 and when I open Backup Manager, I can't get past 'Default Server information'.

I was never given the option to specify a password for 'CA'

I've googled how to change the CA password, but the 'authsetup' file doesnt seem to exist in version 12

I've tried leaving the password blank, but it doesnt work

Any ideas?

try this command :

C:\Program Files\CA\ARCserve Backup>authsetup -p ""

Unfortunatly that doesn't work as the authsetup file doesn't seem to exist with version 12.

I think there is an installation problem in that server . It should have authsetup under the folder
C:\Program Files\CA\ARCserve Backup

I did a reinstall and it worked fine - thanks for help
