Arcserve 11r1 notification

How do I get Arcserve to notify more than one user that the job is completed. I've tried via Alert Manager but it doesn't work. (The test message is send). I'm running Novell6.5 with Arcserve 11r1.

Under the Alert Manager, look under Configuration, then under Default or BrightStor. You should have an entry for SMTP under one of those two. Just make a second entry and the message will be sent to both.
