Arcserve 11 - cannot view job details/logs

Hi

We are using Arcserve v 11.1 for our backup solution and it was working ok until Monday.

I can still backup and restore but I cannot view the Job Details and Job logs under Status it says that there are no details or logs available.

Can anyone point me in the right direction

Run CSTOP.bat ( its the brightstor home folder)
rename the "logs" folder
check if caloggerd.exe is running the "tasks" ( task manager) .. if so .. kill it..

Run CSTART.bat (brightstor home folder)

you should be good to go
