Hello,

I setup a testbox in dual boot mode:

1. Suse 8.1, Arcserve 9 for Linux
2. Suse Enterprise Server 8, Arcserve 11 for Linux.

This test is because we have only one SUN LD25 Tape library with 2 drives and 21 Slots.

The Backup on one node fails with the following errors in the Brigtstore.log file:

Target uranus:/ (type:3) missed from backup

Hi,

What type of SCSI Adapter are u using? Checked the Certifed Device list?

Most problem occur if you are using an onboard SCSI Chip, or the this thing is colliding with the other SCSI Channel.
