ArcServe 11.5 SP4 "E3406 Unable to read file..."

Hey Guys,

for two days i installed Sp4 on arcserve 11.5 and now i got 36 errors.

E3406 Unable to read file. .... EC= The parameter is incorrect.

Anybody can help me to fix this problem..

During what operation and at what point does the error happen?
What is the complete message?

Hey,

it´s not the complete message. for "..." is the filepath.

This failure comes at the backup operation maybe 36 failures or 236.

Cant find any help for this.

some things to try

check out those files
run OS error checking on the volume
defrage the volume
move the files to a different location and then move them back
