arcserve 11.5 sp3 (license message + exchange 2003-2007)

Hello everybody,

1st at all, sorry about my english grammar...

i've 3 different problems.
- the 1st
i've reinstalled my backup server (uninstalled previous brightstor version ; installed 11.5 version and hotfix 3).
every time i start the admin shell, a message appears wich is :
in french = licenses computer associates - 2AE0 - echec de licence. executez le programme d'obtention de licence pour obtenir une licence valide pour votre produit. LR=2AE0, 001321cc6a76. PC_1586_2_3000.
in personal and no adaptive english translation = licenses computer associates - 2AE0 (easy to translate at the beginning ;-) ) - license fail. execute the license obtain programm to obtain a valid license for your product. LR=2AE0, 001321cc6a76. PC_1586_2_3000.

If you know what that mean and wich program to launch, i'll appreciate your help.

i've an exchange premium licence to backup an exchange 2003 server. I can backup the private bank with brick level but definitively not the public bank (success but 0 file copied).

what is the best way to backup the public folder ? Is it a normal situation i can't to backup it in brick level ?

i've an another premium license used to backup an exchange 2007 server. when i select this remote server in the "windows system" level, and then when i check to select the first storage group, a message box request an account and its password. i'm using the domain admin account but, once i validate the choice, again and again this box is appearing.

i've searched but don't find the Brightstor requests to backup successfully an exchange 2007 server. Have you some tips about it ?

If this form of message is bad, i'll update it to create 3 different help messages.
 
1. the Exchange license has to be applied on the Exchange server. Run calicnse.exe form the CA_LIC directory on the Exchange server and this should be resolved, The CA_LIC directory also contains a file called prodcodes.txt which shows to you the explanation of the 2EA0.

2. did you install the Exchange "Premium add-on" on the Exchange Server ? normally Brick level should be greyed out when installing this option.

3. Did you validate the account by Domain name\User name ?

i've launched the exe from exchange 2003 = bab r11.5 for windows agent for microsoft exchange premium add-on -> 1 already installed
i've launched the exe from exchange 2007 = bab r11.5 client agent for windows servers -> 1 already installed (??? not exchange ???)

2. nor for public bank neither for private bank i've the brick level in greyed in mode. i can backup up the private bank. it's only the public for which the backup is successfull but 0 file copied.

3. yes, i've used the domain admin account which is exchange admin too. it's specifically for exchange 2007 it's login failed with this account. i wonder if the rights are very different from exchange 2003 and 2007....
 
so, this is an update about my previous post.

i've (re)installed windows agent for microsoft exchange (both exchange 2003 and 2007) + windows agent for microsoft exchange premium add-on (exchange 2007).
i wonder why i've installed the client agent on the exchange server because i don't backup any server with open client agent feature !!

know, i can to choose the brick level with exchange 2007 (no more window with authentication request). That's great ; thanks a lot.

i'll programm the new backup today and update to backup the public folder with exchange 2003. Hope that will be fine.

But, the advertisement message still appears when i'm starting on the backup interface.

Before to prepare the backup schedule, i've restarted the backup server and the CA services on the exchange servers.

exchange ntbackup is ok so i don't cry again...
i really don't understand.
