ArcServe 11.5 Job Queue Filter

Hi,

I just upgraded from version r9.01 SP2 to version r11.5 for Windows.

I have a list of servers that I like to keep track of in a group and under 9.0 I was able to filter out Ready, Finished and Incomplete jobs and it would show me all the jobs that were cancelled, failed, crashed, still active, on hold, etc.

Since I upgraded this morning, the filter seems to be broken. now when I uncheck 'ready' in the filter options it removes all the jobs.(except active and on hold) and won't show the canceled, failed, etc. jobs.

Is there a way to fix this? I couldn't find a patch or previous thread for this...

Check the box for "display done jobs with the following results".

I have a check box in that field. but it still only shows active and on hold jobs.

It's like it is ignoring the "display done jobs with the following results" section altogether.
