I am currently backing up a Netware 6.5 sp3 server (St. Bernard OFM loaded) with an Arcserve 11.5 2003 enterprise server. The Netware server being backup up contains the PST files for many users. I am getting an error "AE3125 Failed to read "directory path" data set, fffdffc6. I have called St.bernard and they stated that it is a corrupt file (Not true) and the Arcserve support states that it is an open file issue.

Anyone have any ideas as to what may be my problem (aside from using Arcserve and St. Bernard)?

I'm in a windows environment using 11.5 Enterprise. When I load the agent I generally select the Open Files Piece. Is there such a thing for Novell that might solve this issue?

No, there is not. I am using the St. Bernard OFM and Arcserve agent for Nertware.

Could be an SMS problem - check you TSAUPxx patch level and check for the latest, particularly for the SMS error code you mention.
