Arcserve 11.1 for Netware 1

Anyone seen this problem ?? CA are a waste of space !!

My backup completes every night without any errors.
But if I try to restore any file from session 2 (Vol1)
I get a blank listing. session 1 (Sys) no problems, just with S2.. CA got me to install SP1 but this crashes the server every time a backup is done. I have now reinstalled from scratch but I am back with original problem.

What do the logs mention about the amount of data being backed up on Vol1. What is mentioned about *.cat files being merged into the database. What happens when you use the Merge utility to merge the contents of the tape set into the database ??

I have the same issues with 11. After upgrading to 11, the first few backups were good, didnt merge to db. Then it got to the point where it would only backup 2 sessions, on the third it would die. Applied 11.1, had one good backup, now the server is running out of memory. Could be Im running it on a PII 300 with 512M RAM, but theres something gone astray in 11.1. I read somehting aon a forum that talked about a new aprocess.nlm, but I havent gotten my hands on it nor called CA.

I can't include screen shots here but amount of data = 150,000,000 kb. There is no mention of cat files ?
