When this user is archiving in notes it removes all his calendar information. He needs to be able to archive, but not have effect his calendar in that fashion. Thanks!

P.S. I'm new to notes.

Just a guess but when you archive, it removes the mail from the inbox. There is a setting that allows you to archive the calander. It may be doing just that. Check the Archive Settings and Selection Criteria.

He dose not have any criteria in the archive criteria list.

We had to supply a vendor with a DVD that contained a bunch of Notes emails. We are on version 5 and they are running 7.02 and when they try to access it they try to open the file they get the following error: File is not a Database. It looks like it should open and is recognized by the file type. Their vendor also tried to have their forensics department open it and they were unable to as well.
I am able to open it on our systems without any problems. A
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
Thanks
