I would really like to see a lower-cost call recordings archiving solution. From a small business perspective, the cost of the current archiver would be my entire profit for the month! I feel that this is too high a cost for the small business market. It's even too high a cost for a retail store, government, or academic institution. An enterprise business would be able to afford it though.
