Would anyone out there have any good suggestions on the best way to remove 2003 invoice data from my database. I'm doing this to prepare for 2004. I want to take all old (2003) data from the 2 tables I have and archive them. I want to take them out of the main tables (because the tables are huge) but still have them accessible if need be. I would greatly appreciate anybody's help. Thanks!

You forgot to say what database you are using.

In general, you can rename your existing tables to archive names, and create 2 new tables with the same old layout, attributes and names.

Or, create 2 new tables and move your data to them.

But, I suspect you really meant something else in your question?
