Notes V5, Mail Database open,
When I click "Actions > Archive > Settings" I get a "Document has been deleted" error instead of the Archive Settings window. The same thing happens when I click "File > Database > Properties" then the Archive Settings button. I would be very grateful if anyone could help solve this dilemma. Thanks.

it looks like you have created an archive then deleted it. Check your local/network drive for a file named A_<database>.nsf. This is your archive. if you canot find it, you may have deleted it. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

I checked for the archive database you referred to (a_******.nsf) and it does exist in the c:\Notes folder along with all the other *.nsf files. Any other thoughts?

do you see an icon for the archive database on your workstation? If not, add one (file, database, open, select archive folder or whereever it may be) then add it. Check for discrepencies in file name or settings. It may be that you may have to create another archive and then copy and paste the info in form this one.
