Hello,
We have a user who called me up to her office to tell me all of her archives were missing. When I looked at her folder name is had (archive)(archive)(archive)(archive)(archive) after her user name. Clicking on All Documents reveals only one archived entry, but if you look at the .nsf in her Archive folder, it shows a file that is 56mb in size. Talking to my Notes Support team revealed very little as they insisted that in order to have all those (archive)'s she would have had to have several layers of folders (ie: lotus\notes\data\archive\archive\archive\archive\archive)
but she only had the one archive folder. They had me rename the folder in the database properties, which of course only "corrected" the multiple (archive) name issue but did not resolve recovering all her archived entries.
Is it possible to recover the entries for this database? I have tried to use CTRL+click the archive folder in Notes(r5.0.5) and looking at $FolderRef, but that is blank as well. There must be some way of recovering this file since it is 56mb in size, there is obviously something in it and not just 56mb of blanks. Perhaps there is a program out there that we can use to open this database outside notes? Help if possible.
