I'm having problems with voice mail boxes. People are complaing that they clear out there messages and they are geting a greeting that there mailbox is 75% full. I really don't see anything at the above list that would inicate that his mailbox is 75%.

I checked activity log and they pretty much clear out there messages.

Does this user use Message Manager?

Also, after the user logs in have then press #4. Audix can keep outgoing messages that are recorded while logged in and scheduled for delivery in an Outbox. These count against the user's quota.

No this user is not using Messae Manager. Yes we clear the outgoing messages.

My suggestion, then, would be that it's time to increase the mailbox size for your users.
