Can anyone advise how to compile or make this object - AQ$_DEF$_AQCALL_E valid?

SQL> select OBJECT_NAME, OBJECT_TYPE from dba_objects where STATUS !='VALID';

OBJECT_NAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OBJECT_TYPE
-------------------
AQ$_DEF$_AQCALL_E
QUEUE


SQL> alter queue AQ$_DEF$_AQCALL_E compile;
alter queue AQ$_DEF$_AQCALL_E compile

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00940: invalid ALTER command
