Hi,

I am the process of setting up a test farm consisting of two servers - one which runs the licensing server, access suite and web interface, and the second which runs the remaining components and management console.

Having published a couple of test apps (notepad and a desktop), the user (currently domain admin) is able to successfully login to the web interface or program neighborhood and see the published apps. When clicking on an app to run it, the 'Connecting' box appears with the progress bar appears for a few seconds indicating that it is about to launch the app - but then it disappears and nothing happens ...the application just doesn't launch.

I have checked the management console to see whether a session is even initiated, but there is nothing listed.

Any ideas would be great!

Thanks

Can anyone help, as I still haven't had any luck resolving this issue?

Thanks

We had similar problem a while back and it turned out to be the client access licensing problem if my memory servered me right.

Check the Event Viewer on the server see if there's any 'can't issue client license' or something of that sort.

Try deleting (on the client) HKLM | Software | Microsoft | MSLicensing (or give Everyone full control access for this key)

Upgrading to the most recent client always a good start.
