Apps don't launch

I have several apps published via my server.

I access them over the intranet.

They used to work ok, but for some reason, when i click on the icon, they try to download a file name boilerplate.ica?

any ideas

it works fine for everyone else.

boilerplate.ica is old 1.51 technology.
Have you considered upgrading to 1.7?

The File Association for the .ICA file extension is not properly configured. To modify the .ICA file extension, complete the following steps.

Open My Computer and select the Tools Menu
From the Tools Menu, select Folder Options > File Types
Locate the ICA file type extension and change it to open with the Citrix ICA Client Engine (c:\program files\citrix\icaweb32\wfica32.exe)

OK.

Now it sort of launches. The Citrix Connection Center opens, it attempts to launch the app, then it disconnects. No error messages.
