I believe a recent Microsoft hotfix has broken our Exchange Integration. It appears it is related to KB912442. We have tried following related suggestions and related knowledgebase articles, but we can't seem to get the necessary permissions correct for the Exchange integration to work properly.

This article is our exact problem or so it seems:

Thank you,

You may need to grant send as permissions to the AltiGen account for each of the mail boxes that you are using for Exchange Integration.

If that does not resolve the issue, your AltiGen dealer can run exchange traces from the PBX to troubleshoot.

It turns out that this was related to the "Send As" security changes.

Unfortuantely, we did everything correctly, but we were still having the problems.

It turned out to be a bug that setting the "Send As" permission flag did not work correctly through the ADUC interface and we needed to set the setting via a command line tool. There is a blog somewhere talking about this, but I don't remember the link anymore.
