Is there any way to keep the actual e-mail up and visible while adding the information from the e-mail to a personal appointment on the calendar. GW minimizes the e-mail to the taskbar when you click on the calendar folder. You then have to click on the taskbar to pull it up again or print it out so that you can remember the dates and times of what you want to schedule. This isn't very convenient for someone who is scheduling all day long in resource accounts.

Thanks again!

On my machine, clicking on the calendar folder only makes the calendar view the active (on top) window. So I believe what you're experiencing is that the e-mail window is hidden behind the calendar/main window - basic Windows functionality.

May I suggest opening both the calendar view and the e-mail view, and then Tile Windows Horizontally or Vertically, then you would have both visible simulaneously.

I found that I had to manually resize both windows to tile them on the monitor as it didn't have the tile windows command anywhere in the program. Thanks for the help!
