Applying calculated data to a table?

How can I take the result of calculated data and apply it to a cell in the table my form is based on.

Normally I would not require this, however in this case I need this valve as once the table is populated it will be exported.
 
if it is JUST for the export, better to do the calc in a query and export that (the query)

I have put a bit of thought into this and I know it’s bad practice to do this. This value is the total of my invoice to be billed to my clients. I was thinking it would be better to make this hard data so it would never change if a problem occurs.

I’m just thinking it would be safer for me to make a hard copy of this value.
