applying a script in approach

Good afternoon all,

I have a really simple question - how do I apply a script in Approach (v9.8)?

I have looked at the apr.pic file from XpertSS and it is exactly what I need - but how do I incorperate it into a pre- existing approach database.

Simply I would like to display an image with pre existing data, and understand that using Picture plus fields is not the way to go.
