Applying a Flash document to Frontpage

Hi everybody! I have created some rollovers in Macromedia Flash that I wish to use as the links to my other pages. In what way do I go about applying them to my website?

I had a similar problem a while back.

If you check out my web link (below) I have a popup and this is using a simple embed tag.
