MD version: BC10 CNI 142 (11 LIMs)
AL version: AL 40 SP7
AL - MD conection: Ethernet to 8 NIU
External application: Genesys

Any idea?

try the basic's

1> check the connections
2> check the network
3> reseat niu
4> restart nip fip twp3
5> as suggested r u using latest firmware

The NIF versio is R12A.

I would swap to latest NIU firmware, R16A, and upgrade Applink tp SP8 + Hotfix 809.
